Fourteen years ago, Fresh Life began with a single toilet and a bold dream to bring safe sanitation, dignity and opportunity to communities that had gone too long without hope.

Through resilience and perseverance, we’ve grown into a citywide movement, transforming lives across Kenya and Zambia. Every challenge faced, every neighborhood reached, tells a story of communities rising together for a cleaner, healthier future.

This year, as we mark our 14th anniversary with the theme Cool, Clean and Circular, we celebrate not just the numbers, but the spirit of people who never gave up on change.
