This job entails managing the assigned customer portfolio: Ensuring as an organization, we provide the best service to Fresh Life Operators (FLOs)  (Fresh Life Toilets (FLT) repairs, timely collections, and tackling any issues they raise within specified timelines) and documenting/keeping important customer information and documents. It also ensures customers maintain sanitation and hygiene standards and pay their monthly service fee.

The Junior Talent Partner will provide technical support on talent-related matters to assigned teams and business leaders in our new cities across Kenya; specifically, you will support teams in Eldoret and Kisumu. This role will cut across both talent operations functions, including administrative support and talent partnering with business units. The Sales Associate is responsible for customer acquisition and retention, leading the sales and customer life cycle – including generating leads, pursuing opportunities, closing deals, managing the resulting customer relationships, and collecting future recurring payments.
