This job entails managing the assigned customer portfolio: Ensuring as an organization, we provide the best service to Fresh Life Operators (FLOs) (Fresh Life Toilets (FLT) repairs, timely collections, and tackling any issues they raise within specified timelines) and documenting/keeping important customer information and documents. It also ensures customers maintain sanitation and hygiene standards and pay their monthly service fee.
Kisumu
The Procurement Intern will be located in Kisumu. He/She will provide support to the Procurement Team in executing daily, weekly and monthly procurement plans to ensure that all requests are fulfilled on time, in full and in line with the company policies and offer support to the team. The procurement intern will also assist the team in administrative duties in the department.

The Sales Associate is responsible for customer acquisition and retention, leading the sales and customer life cycle – including generating leads, pursuing opportunities, closing deals, managing the resulting customer relationships, and collecting future recurring payments.
